right, AMM sees the blade like it sees all the hardware in the BCS.
VIOS needs an IP address. ( even preinstalled as400s dont come with
the ip address already configured ) To do that you run the "mktcpip"
command from the system console. There is a section in Natchev which
tells you how to find the lan port you will associate the ip address
with. To avoid confusion where you assign the ip address to the wrong
interface, I would call VIOS support and get them to walk you thru it.
