Given that it's a newer model, you may what to see if it supports
Internet Print Protocol and use the *IBMIPPDRV system driver on the
device description.

As Simon mentions, I've also had success using the *IBMSNMPDRV even
though the printer and/or IBM's web docs don't say SNMP is supported.
