I think Peter's response (I already tried it) does the trick.
Also, I told the users I could easily do this job fully on the i5, but
currently w/o the GUI part of it. They were not sure what to say, so I
suggested they try to run it as a stand alone system, and make the
manual changes as needed.
I believe they will gain great insights into the importance of
system/database integration once they do so.
In fairness, I also told them I would see what kind of i5 to Excel
"integration" solutions are available.

You mean like a trigger program against a database tied into the API's
to write directly to excel? No trigger programs here doing that yet
(that I know of). We are doing lots of wrinting directly into Excel
files though.

Anyone doing this now? Where an updated record on the i5, will be
updated
in the spreadsheet, AND deleted i5 records will be deleted from excel,
AND
added i5 records will be added to excel?
