From the help on option 9:
Links the service tools user ID to a operating system user profile.
This allows the operating system user profile to
have the privileges of the service tools user ID when using a service
tool interface.
If the linked user profile is a group profile then each member of that
group will be allowed the privileges of the service tools user ID.
Typing *NONE in the link field will remove any linking associated with
the service tools user ID.
I'm not totally sure what all that means, specifically what is "a
service tool interface?" Could this be dangerous?
