Nah, it's cool. IBM is multiple companies, so if you're using multiple
components you'll get the same mess as if you're dealing with multiple
vendors. Sounds like my typical experience with IBM support - and the
fact t hat the problem is routed to the US because the the European
support can't fix anything more complicated than telling me PTF
numbers for known issues or obvious hardware faults. The Timezone
difference makes it really fun.
