IBM tech support for BCS

what are the magic words I should use when calling IBM tech support for
BCS? I am telling the call routers that I have questions on configing VIOS
1.5. At this point in the call there are 2 tech people on line with me - one
for VIOS, another for tcpip ( I asked about the mktcpip command ). Neither
the two techs or the routing person, who is also on the call, know about the
AMM.

This is not the IBM I am accustomed to. ( they are good sports. they asked
for and are reading the Vess Natchev document )
