Emily,

As you are using a QMQRY, you can create and use a QRYFORM as well.

In QMQRY edit mode, run the query for output to screen, and return to the
edit query screen.
Press F13 and you can create a QMFORM. In the first option you can put a
BREAK1 on SEQUENCE and (optional) a SUM on SEL2.
Press Enter and then F5. as the result table is still in memory it will
display it in the new FORMat.

Carel - Thanks for the response, I tried it out and got the same results.

Elvis - I tried your suggestion and I'm now getting three rows. The
problem now is that
The data from BRNDETLF is in each row...

Record 1: Sequence = 01, Descript = 'Bundled Twenties', Sel1 = 600.00,
Sequence2 = 01, Descript2 = 'Loose Twenties'
Sel2 = 100.00
Record 2: Sequence = 01, Descript = 'Bundled Twenties', Sel1 = 600.00,
Sequence2 = 01, Descript2 = 'Loose Twenties'
Sel2 = 60.00
Record 3: Sequence = 01, Descript = 'Bundled Twenties', Sel1 = 600.00,
Sequence2 = 01, Descript2 = 'Loose Twenties'
Sel2 = 80.00

Is it possible to accomplish the following results?

Record 1: Sequence = 01, Descript = 'Bundled Twenties', Sel1 = 600.00,
Sequence2 = 01, Descript2 = 'Loose Twenties'
Sel2 = 100.00
Record 2: Sequence = null, Descript = null, Sel1 = null, Sequence2 = 01,
Descript2 = 'Loose Twenties'
Sel2 = 60.00
Record 3: Sequence = null, Descript = null, Sel1 =null, Sequence2 = 01,
Descript2 = 'LooseTwenties'
Sel2 = 80.00

Thanks for helping me with this.
