Bill, what it is, I am using the network DNS address that I added to the I DNS name table.
 
But why does it block the RPG program from getting to these sites, when from my PC I can get there with no problems?

It'd be pretty easy to put in an override, you just need to know who has
the authority to do it. Here's a manual for a random unit that I picked
from their site:
