The help text for SAVLIB lists the criteria. You'd probably have to
hard code an exception list from that.

Trying to get a list of the libraries that qualify as "*ALLUSR". WRKLIB

and DSPLIB don't support outfile. I want to take this list and submit a

job for each library. Currently only method I can think of is DSPOBJD
from *ALLUSR to outfile and group by library. That's a pretty heavy
hitter though.
