IIRC the following request will generate that list of libraries [the list making up the *ALLUSR special\single value], output to a duplicate of model file QADSPOBJ:
DSPOBJD *ALLUSR *LIB DETAIL(*FULL) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) OUTFILE(myoutfile)
