Based on the feedback I've gotten from our customers, it was nothing but
praise for option 42. Never heard of any downsides.

Performance. Our question is whether there is any risk in doing this.
Could installing and using the Journal Caching for our busy production
journals have any downside?
I know that if we have an unplanned outage we can, and probably would,
lose some transactions, but we are willing to take that risk.
