sounds, I think I would only end up hating the printer more than I
already do. So I think we'll just get a different printer.

We bought a "NETWORK" based printer to avoid these problems. MAKE sure
that it is truly a network printer (assuming that is what you want)
because there are GDI based network printers that expect the brains to
be in the M/S Windows systems that will talk to it (everyone knows that
only M/S Windows systems are networked...).
