I too have my secondary number as my cell phone.

A couple of years ago we had a disk drive go bad, and IBM did call my cell
phone, and told me they would be out to the office first thing in the
morning.

My wife was wondering what IBM was doing calling me, and how did they know
my computer wasn't working correctly. I told her it was like ET calling
home. The box knew something was wrong and called home.

Thanx,

Nick

Re:

Leave your office number as the primary. Set your office phone to
automatically forward messages that are not played in x minutes to your
cell phone.
Secondary number is rarely, if ever used. I suppose if your office phone
voice message said "The dirty rotten scoundrel has been fired - don't
leave a message." IBM might look at the secondary.

I've had messages left on my voice mail over the weekend "Your system
reported a disk drive gone bad, I'll try calling back on Monday."
