Also, I beleive CA AllFusion Advantage 2E (aka. Synon) has supported ILE RPG-IV (and ILE COBOL) for quite a few years now, so I would also ask the vendor why they continue to generate the now obsolete RPG/400 ... the OPM RPG/400 compiler had no new features added since V2R3 (it has been "bug fix" only since the introduction of RPG IV with V3R1/V3R6).

How many other vendors are still shipping RPG/400 source? This is one of the major things that is "hurting" the image of the platform and keeping people from moving forward, IMO.
