Study "Service Entry Points" or SEP.
Preferably the tutorial in WDSC on them. Or Jon Paris wrote a nice
article on them.
With those, you set up a SEP on your program, and regardless of what job
calls them, current job, future job, whatever, it stops right at the
breakpoint and pops up on your screen.
I found it invaluable for debugging exit point programs that always seemed
to start in a new job that was a bear to catch with STRSRVJOB, etc.
