Tried that once. Made the mistake of telling them it was the HMC. Hung
up. Tried opening a new pmr saying it was an i5/os upgrade issue (which
they promptly changed to OS/400 upgrade). Now, once I am past the
gatekeeper I am going to see if I can get transferred to the right group.

Meanwhile, my BP is battling the entitlement demons...
