Good morning all,
In the past, we've upgraded our AS/400 (iSeries) systems every three years due to both performance and financial incentives and also the expiration of upgrade paths. Presently, we have a 520 that's about 3 years old which doesn't have any performance problems and for which IBM hasn't yet to show an upgrade path. Management would like me to give them something they can put on their radar with respect to budgeting and planning an upgrade.
Any thoughts on what I can tell them? We're on a 9406 running V5R3.
Thanks in advance,
Bryan Burns
