I've had something similar happen occasionally, If I remember rightly, the
trick in my case was to find and apply a pre-req PTF permanently rather than
just temporarily.
Might just be another thing to consider

Thanks Scott,
I ran through Rob's suggestions and found nothing out of the ordinary.
Last IPL was normal, set to a B side IPL (to answer Kirk's question). I
have tried both a manual and unattended IPL. I have the same group of
about a half dozen PTF's that are referenced, both ones that haven't
applied and the list of "required" PTF's. What I need to do at this
point is work that list, identify what is required for reach one and
figure out what is "missing" or out of whack for each one, I am sure
there is probably just one that is causing the jam. I just have to
figure each one's requirements and make sure they are met.
Eventually, I'll figure it out. The system is fine and operational, I
just would like to make sure all is well before the next round of PTF's.
Pete
