Yep. I read the instruction and there was only one PTF reference and it
was on the system already.
I have IPL'd about 6 times already, taking various options each time.
MF41996 seems to be one of the PTF's I am having an issue with. It has
a dependency on MF37752 and MF38777. Both those PTF's say they cannot
be applied until MF41996 is applied, MF41996 cannot be applied until
MF37752 and MF38777 are applied. Chicken or egg kind of thing.
I am going to give Rob's lengthy recommendations a try and then support
line will be the next step.

step? You may be missing one of the ptf's that has to be applied first
before you load and apply the cume.
Barring that, a second ipl may help, but then it's time for support line.
