QAUDJRN and *SPLFDTA is a good suggestion. For additional possibilities for tracking printed output, also look at job accounting and entries in the QACGJRN accounting journal. This journal capability has kind of started slipping into relative obscurity, but it can be extremely useful.

If you have object auditing in place then adding *SPLFDTA to your
QAUDLVL starts tracking this sort of info. You can then run a DSPJRN
JRN(QAUDJRN) ENTTYP(SF) to a copy of the relevant system supplied
