error when copy file into windows -- MIDRANGE-L

Why appears me this:

ðððó÷òÇÙÁ÷|LOURO

when I copy a query result into a windows txt file using:

CPYTOIMPF FROMFILE(EIQRY01/ITEMMASTER) +
TOSTMF('/QNTC/10.12.12.2/SHARED/SEAM/ITEMMASTER.TXT') MBROPT(*REPLACE) +
RCDDLM(*CRLF) DTAFMT(*FIXED)

I already run this command: CHGJOB CCSID(37)
