You can cut your save space time down by selecting DTACPR(*MED). There
are other levels available. But *MED seems to be a nice balance between
saving space and the performance of the save.

The smaller space, the faster the FTP. I've taken save files saved with
DTACPR(*high) and ran WinZip on them and got very little extra
compression. Compared to that DTACPR(*YES) seems like a joke.
