SK-ASC tasks I believe are called "Streams" ¿Async? tasks; almost all issues seem related to TCP/IP [so I would have guessed SK=sockets ;-)]
Investigate possibility of APAR= MA34626 "OSP-LOOP SK-ASC005P HIGH CPU" and APAR= MA34617 ;; I believe each PTF is requisite of the other.
