The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
1. Define your window record format.
2. Define your subfile and footer as you normally would.
3. Add WINDOW(windowrecordfmtname) keyword to SFLCTL and footer records.
4. Define a dummy record format that has the KEEP and ASSUME keywords in
it.

Subject: Windowed subfile
Would someone mind telling me how I can add a footer record to a
windowed subfile? I have messed with this thing all night last night
and cannot seem to get the footer record to display correctly.
In the DDS I have a windowed subfile defined, a windowed ctl record, and
a second window (acting as the footer record). I have the overlay
turned on the CTL record, and at first it will display but then the
footer record goes away...
Douglas
