The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
Use " ls (disk " in your FTP script to find the contents of a
directory. It will create a file called LSOUTPUT in your Current
Library. This file will show you all entries in that directory.
Use "del" in your FTP script to delete files

Subject
FTP and IFS
List,
I have an FTP script where the iSeries is the client and a WinDoze system
is
the server. The script will send any .pdf files in a particular IFS folder
to a specific folder on the WinDoze machine. It works but...
1) how do I display the contents of the IFS folder? I was thinking "ldir"
(like lpwd and lcd) but no such thing.
2) how do I delete files in the IFS folder? (I wanted to clean them up
after
the mput)
TIA
