1) How do I list the contents of the IFS folder? I was hoping something
like
"ldir" since lpwd and lcd work but no such thing.

2) How can I delete files from the IFS folder via FTP
</snip>

Use a free product called Fling. Handles everything automatically. Just
install to a server. Run as a service. Give it a time interval and
specify to delete after transfer. Simple and easy.

To display contents of an IFS folder use WRKLNK 'Your directory', for
example, WRKLNK '/home/edi_inbox'

If using QSHELL, use LS to list contents of a directory.
