However, this assumes that you're looking to protect yourself from
problems that were created _before_ the employee knew he was terminated,
not after. There's a big difference between "how do I protect myself
from someone that was trusted and trustworthy who may want to cause me
harm _after_ I tell him he's fired" and "how to I know if person X has
setup something in the past that may come back to haunt me in the
future"
