Passwords can be tested with an API like QSYGETPH (Get Profile Handle).

The easiest and first test would be if password = user id.
A dictionary could be used to check for common words. A limited brute
force attack could find very short passwords. A dictionary/brute force
combination could find easy passwords like "green1"
