See if there are any logical files over the file QATOCHOST. I have 5
logicals. IF there are none, then check to see which physical file that
logical file QATOCLHST1 is based over. If you have done a restore and did
not use the ALWOBJDIF parm, it might have renamed the based upon physical to
something like QATOC0001. Which if that is the case, your logicals and
physicals need to be fixed, and you may have more problems then just TCP/IP.

Just a hunch.
