Why would print output be set to Hold status with QSYSOPR messages showing
CPF3395 ? File XXX held by Writer ZZZ on output Queue AAA in Library BBB
BPCS 8.0 users noticed this started happening recently to their print jobs.

Note: I can?t open documents on IBM?s Tech Support website ? it lets me
search and see the hits for ?CPF3395?, but access is denied. The following is
