if you are willing to email your questions there are a myriad of news
groups where MSFT MVPs will help you out for no charge. And if you
purchase an MSDN universal subscription ( $1000 ) you get 2 no charge
support incidents + guaranteed response on all your emailed questions.

Email support is fine for a development issue, but if my server is down
I want MS on the other end of the line. As for the MSDN issues, I
believe there for development-issues, not production issues. However,
the $235 you spend w/MS for an issue covers ALL the time they need to
spend w/you on the issue, including all follow-ups, and can go on for
weeks (I've done it). All for that same $235... Oh, and if it's
determined that the issue was cause by a MS bug, you get your money
back. Ask me, it's a much better deal than supportline/consultline.
