The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

This is exactly in accordance with section 6.1 of RFC2821. However
Spamcop, being possessed of the infinite arrogance of those who "know
better", has reinterpreted the RFC such that those who send NDRs are now
considered spam sources and are subject to blacklisting. (See:
http://www.spamcop.net/fom-serve/cache/329.html).
It's not just Spamcop. This is known as backscatter, and while it's
still permitted by the RFCs, it is considered unacceptable behavior
for good netizens, due to forged sender information on spam.
Google for backscatter+spam
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=backscatter+spam
and you will see that it is a significant problem.
Or for a real good time, post what I quoted above in the
news.admin.net-abuse.email newsgroup and see what kind of response you
get from the mail administrators who hang out there. But be sure
you're wearing your Nomex undies.
