A remote output queue writer uses the information from the output
queue, not any device description.  You don't even have to have a
device description.

If you do want/need a device description (there are some functions
which require that you reference a printer device) I recommend that it
be a virtual printer device, not a LAN printer device, and be
configured to not vary on at IPL.
