The DSPAUDJRNE should show who changed it. Since the user profile QBRMS is shipped with no password I suspect it was changed by the SAVLICPGM to its original state as delivered. That profile should not be messed with anyway much less used for any processing so I am not sure why the concern.
I think I explored that, because the product load libraries most likely have quite a large amount of user data in them now.
