Is there any easy way to clear out files from the IFS when all you have
available to you is the OS/400 command line? I'm cleaning off my old
model 250 before decomissioning it and using the WRKLNK, DEL and RMVDIR
commands is quite tedious. Am I missing something?

Review EDTF for the actions available when you use a directory name or a generic name for the STMF() parameter. The options at the top of the resulting list display include '9=Recursive delete'.

It'd be nice if this was simply extended out to provide a simple command-line command, but it's very useful anyway.
