Thanks.  I had seen that, but the links really don't give you much.

What is driving me crazy is that I KNOW I have done this I just can't get the wayback machine started to take me back there....

I think this printer might be covered by support although I think the model is discontinued. If I don't hear from someone tomorrow morning, I'll try to get IBM on the phone.

I didn't turn up anything useful on the IBM site and the 2 PDF's I have (User guide and the Ethernet manual) don't mention the process for flashing the microcode. I did this about 4 years ago using a serial interface to the printer but I can't find the instructions, although I can find the file containing the microcode.
