I have a version that goes back to April of 2000 (2.07J) but since I am taking the time to flash this thing again, I might as well get the latest and greatest. I didn't turn up anything useful on the IBM site and the 2 PDF's I have (User guide and the Ethernet manual) don't mention the process for flashing the microcode. I did this about 4 years ago using a serial interface to the printer but I can't find the instructions, although I can find the file containing the microcode.
