I've thought about doing that.  Anyone aware of (or been bit by) any
gotcha's with Activation Groups and mixing CLP & CLLE with OPM RPG's? 
Scoping on overrides comes to mind as a concern.  We've cleaned up the
OVRPRTF's to *JOB over the years but probably not the OVRDBF's
