Yes, it sure is NOT a rollyour own command here. FTP is in three libraries: QSYS, QSYSV4R5M0, and QSYSV5R1M0. I guess that rules that out, too. Tried this: WRKREGINF EXITPNT(QIBM_QTMF*) There are five entries (three the same), but none have exit programs. Been looking through the archives here; nothing yet. Looking through the manuals, nothing yet. I just don't understand how it could work then quit. message: 7 date: Tue, 30 Jan 2007 10:45:12 -0500 from: rob@xxxxxxxxx subject: Re: FTP error I see our buddy "system" in there. That's a common routine that is often used instead of QCMDEXC to execute a command from a program. So, someone is executing a command to RMVM within the FTP command. Now, FTP is an IBM supplied command. (Unless you rolled your own and monkeyed around with the system library list.) So that leaves us with the potential of exit point programs like WRKREGINF EXITPNT(QIBM_QTMF*) Use option 8 on those. Any hits? Rob Berendt
