Jim, Last time I checked, you could still order the cume directly from software support at 1-800-426-7378 (option 2). While on the phone, ask for help with your problem with fix central; it's probably a JVM or environment variable issue and they should be able to get you going. Rob - Fix Central just gave me the Internet Explorer (not responding) screen when it hit the java part... (xp pro sp2 w/latest fixes....IE6) This is why I don't use fix Central. Like I said, they took what I used to do in 45 seconds (Sndptford) and have turned it into internet nightmare. All sndptford needs is the parm or setting on the system to limit huge downloads and get the media. disgusted jim
