John : At work I always alt-ctl-del-k when I leave my desk. At home, I'm not that concerned because only my wife and I are there, and she never uses my laptop. She has her own desktop and laptop machines. The QT product is required because I'm enrolled in University classes online that use powerpoint with audio and that is the University recommended configuration (ugh - and it has to be IE since FF 2.0 just doesn't work with QT). Dave: Thanks for sharing. Since you mention iTunes, the default QT product it wanted to install was "QT with iTunes" (which I declined), and I opted for just the QT. (And it wasn't just the password that was disabled, the screen saver option was *None!). Glad to hear that it's not just me ;) Yes Joe - QT is evil.
