Just a side note: My laptop (a fully patched WIN XP SP2) requires a user id and password to login and after ten minutes the screen saver kicks in, which locks the pc and requires password entry to unlock it from the screen saver. It's been that way since the day I reloaded it about 10 months ago. Last night I downloaded the latest Quicktime version and installed it. This morning when I checked my morning email, I found that the laptop was not locked and the screen saver was set to NONE which disabled the password protection. Coincidence? Possibly - but I think not. Secure? I thought the password lockout was effective and am shocked that something like this happened! And that's all I'm going to say.
