I don't recall it ever causing problems. The length of time it takes to run can significantly vary based on your machine layout, etc. The length of time does not seem to be affected by the interval between runs. We can run one that takes 14 hours. IPL. Run it again and it will take another 14 hours. Other machines run in under an hour. We run it every 8 weeks. Sometimes if major upgrades are planned we may skip it that time to save some time. We have had to perform an unscheduled scheduled downtime because we skipped it once and an issue came up that required it. And, NOT, just a RCLSTG *DBXREF. ALWAYS run a full RCLSTG after a full system restore. Rob Berendt
