Thanks for the info folks and I've got some initial questions and will follow 
up with more once we start implementing Vison.
 
*  I'm not sure about the jargon, would a "link" equate to a data group (on 
mimix)?  
 
*  Regarding the role swap, does anyone have a manual or info on the steps to 
it?  Do the scheduled entries replicate easily?  Are there any objects that 
don't replicate properly?    
 
*  I've seen several posts about how good iTera is but we're going w/Vision.  I 
thought iTera's parent bought Vision not the other way around.  
 
*  Naming collisions...how are those avoided?
