Hi Pat appreciate the comments and feedback.Now we've actually done this we found there were surprisingly few steps to doing the SAVSTG/RSTSTG operation. After you IPL and select the option to RSTSTG it all "just happens".
I've done a lot of unloads/reloads and this does seem a simpler procedure in very specific circumstances.
