That's the rub.  We were getting a lot of flack because of scheduled 
downtimes for upgrades, etc.  Naturally, we sold off the noisiest division 
- like the old saying "the squeakiest wheel gets replaced".  However, 
since then we have implemented a mirroring solution to a second box.
