Software support options when you don't have an IBM contract

I agree with the others, the support contract is best. However, I  think 
IBM still offers an hourly coverage contract. It is not cheap (maybe up to 
$200/hour by now) and the contract must be in place before they will talk 
to you. A one year contract for just 8 to 5 coverage should not be that 
expensive. You might call 770-863-2120 (that's a particular rep's number, 
but he might be able to help).
