OK, so now I am a bit confused.

V5R3 and up have the "Time Adjustment" feature, which will process small (2
hours or less) time changes in small increments rather than all at once.  It
sounds cool.

V5R3 and up also have the capability to deal with DST automatically,
controlled through DST settings on the time zones.

One would think that the second feature (automatic DST adjustments) would
use the first feature (Time adjustment).  Does anyone know if that is in
fact the case?
