Drifting OT a bit but your cel phone has no idea about DST, time zones,
etc.  It doesn't need to know about them as it gets time info from your
carrier. 

Likewise home phones that display a time simply read the time info from
an incoming call's caller ID data.

We have a Linux email server and it adjusts.

All our PC's adjust.

My cell phone adjusts.

WHY can't the iSeries ?
