OK, I was told by IBM _not_ to use this time adjustment for DST, for legal reasons. In the spring, the hour from 2am-3am does not exist from a legal standpoint. Being privately owned, SOX doesn't affect us, but I don't know if there's ramifications there. They told me earlier this year that as long as you have it set up to use a time zone with DST, System i5 should be left to handle it. I plead ignorance.
